      • Standard Shipping:
        Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days
        This is our most economical option for domestic orders.

      • Expedited Shipping:
        Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
        A faster option for those who need their products sooner.

      • Express Shipping:
        Estimated delivery time: 1 business day
        For urgent orders, this is our quickest delivery method.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


2. Order Processing

      • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with all your purchase details. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean the order has been shipped.

      • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

      • Shipping Time: After your order is processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout. Shipping times are estimates and can vary depending on factors such as the carrier, location, and availability of the product.

Important: Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:

      • Order Weight: Heavier items will incur higher shipping fees.
      • Shipping Destination: Your shipping cost will vary depending on the delivery address.
      • Shipping Method: Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping options come with different costs.

You will be able to review the exact shipping charges at the checkout before finalizing your order. VIPPariz often offers promotions or free shipping on selected products or minimum purchase thresholds. Please check for any current promotions during checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to track your order’s status and estimated delivery time via the carrier’s tracking system.

      • Carrier: We use reliable carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and others, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
      • Tracking Issues: If there are any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Shipping Restrictions

      • Shipping Locations: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at the moment but are working towards expanding our service area. Please check our website for updates on international shipping availability.

      • PO Box and APO/FPO Addresses: We do ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses via USPS. However, please note that certain delivery methods may not be available for these addresses.

      • Certain Products: Some products, due to their size, weight, or other factors, may be subject to additional shipping charges or may not be eligible for expedited shipping.


6. Delivery Delays & Issues

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there are times when factors beyond our control may cause delays. These factors include, but are not limited to:

      • Weather Delays: Severe weather conditions or natural disasters can delay delivery.
      • Carrier Delays: Sometimes, third-party carriers may face operational issues that can lead to shipping delays.
      • Holidays: Major holidays can result in slower shipping times due to high volumes.

If your package is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking the package and resolving any issues.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we want to make it right. Here’s what you should do:

      • Damaged Items: If the package or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the package. We will guide you through the return and replacement process.

      • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please notify us immediately. We will assist in locating the package with the carrier, and in the event that the package cannot be located, we will offer a refund or replacement in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.


8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address. Currently, our system does not support splitting an order into multiple shipments.

From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions on selected products or for orders above a minimum threshold. The terms of these promotions will be clearly indicated at checkout, and the discount will be applied automatically. Please review the terms for eligibility before completing your purchase.
