1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for most products purchased from our website, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition with all original packaging, labels, and accessories included.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Certain products, such as personalized items, electronic products (e.g., opened or used), clearance items, or gift cards, may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is received, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will need this number to return the product.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, and send it back to the address provided by our customer service team. Be sure to include the RMA number and a copy of your proof of purchase.
  4. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

2. Refunds

Refund Eligibility

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued based on the following:

  • The product must meet our return conditions (unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging).
  • Restocking fees may apply to certain items (up to 15%), depending on the condition of the returned product and the reason for the return.
  • Refunds will not be issued for shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time (up to 10 business days) for the funds to appear in your account.


3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you may return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs associated with both the return and the new order.

If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send the replacement at no additional charge.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged or defective item, and a description of the issue.
  2. Return and Refund Process: Upon approval, we will offer you a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on your preference. We will also provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label for the return of the defective item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

6. Canceling an Order
